Shipping policy

We ship daily from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Our courier partners will deliver parcels within 2–3 working days after shipment. In general, you will get your parcel after 1-3 days after placing order.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
