By placing an order with Mamaleya Home, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payments
   All prices are in MYR. Full payment is required at checkout. Orders will be processed once payment is received.

2. Shipping
   We ship from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery is handled by our courier partners, and a tracking number will be provided via email.

3. Product Availability
   All items are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you and offer a replacement or refund.

4. Returns & Refunds
   All sales are final. Items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective. For defective items, please refer to our Product Defects section.

5. Intellectual Property
   All content on our website and social media (images, text, designs) belongs to Mamaleya Home and may not be used without permission.

6. Policy Changes
   We reserve the right to update our terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest terms.
